What we collect
To dispute medical aid claim declines on your behalf we collect: full names, ID number, contact details, medical scheme membership details, claim and clinical information you provide, and correspondence with your scheme.
Why we collect it
Solely to investigate, escalate, and recover unpaid benefits. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
Your medical scheme, the Council for Medical Schemes, regulators, and ombud bodies — only as required to advance your dispute.
How we protect it
Encrypted storage, restricted internal access, and Row Level Security on our database.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@medicheck.co.za.
