Terms of Service

1. Our service

MediCheck advocates on behalf of medical scheme members to recover wrongfully declined benefits. We are not a financial services provider and do not give medical, legal, or financial advice.

2. Fees

Our success-based fee is a percentage of benefits actually recovered. If we recover nothing, you owe nothing. Current rates are disclosed before you appoint us.

3. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, authorise us in writing to act on your behalf, and not pursue the same dispute through another representative simultaneously.

4. Limitation of liability

We use reasonable care and skill, but outcomes depend on scheme rules, regulators and the facts of your claim. We cannot guarantee any specific recovery.

5. Cancellation

You may end our mandate at any time in writing. Fees become due only on benefits recovered before cancellation.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
