I would like to thank you for such an efficient and excellent service.
I really did not know how to solve my problem.
As having limited access to the Medical Aid and Hospital put me at a disadvantage.
You even went further, and communicated on my behalf to demand document from the doctor that were needed.
You have saved me from paying over R93 000 to paying ZERO.
You provide such an important service, many people are in constant need of this service. You assisted me with speed and such great efficiency.
You knew what to do from the onset, you knew who to contact to solve my problem.
You kept me informed every step of the way.
I only had to pay once-off minimal feel for a year to you, which was very little for the amount of personal attention you gave me.
Your knowledge and information on the Industry itself are excellent.
I would like to really thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Now I can get treated freely without thinking of after bills that the medical aid refuses to pay.

I contacted MediCheck on the 1st of February 2021, and spoke to a very helpful gentleman Mark, explaining the problem I have with my medical aid.
He immediately checked, contacted my Doctor and insured that I do have a valid, legal, case against the Medical aid for acting outside of the Medical Act.
By February the 3rd he had already gathered all the information he needed and logged a formal complaint with my medical aid.
MediCheck’s service is outstanding. They are extremely friendly, helpful, professional and get the job done.
I am excitedly awaiting the outcome of this claim, and will be eternally grateful to MediCheck for their advice and their successful handling of this matter on my behalf

I, 80 years of age, have been a member of a Medical Aid Schemes for many years, paying my monthly premiums, submitting claims and being reimbursed, many a time just accepting the quantum of the reimbursement without querying the amount and shortfall on payment.
My lack of knowledge as to how the Medical Aid Scheme operates, its systems and policies, what is and what is not covered, under what procedure code etc., over the years has cost me a substantial amount of funds.

A huge thank you, for your care and assistance you have provided me over the past few weeks.
If it wasn't for you and the team at MediCheck I would still be paying for all my chronic medication and would never have known that visiting a doctor to check on my blood pressure is also a cost my medical aid should and will cover.
When signing up with one's broker, the expectation is that he/she understands the product and will ask all the relevant questions and advise you accordingly, this was not the case for me and I’d imagine for countless others.
It is obvious how crucial your service is, especially with the high cost of medical aid these days, it is criminal for anyone to be paying for anything unnecessarily.
